recessions are the best times to invest. if you want a good rule of thumb, only move against your emotions. feeling greedy? time to take profits. scared to invest because it might go lower? buy. it's that simple, you just have to be able to have the balls and will to take action when appropriate. in other words, buy low, sell high aka buy when theres blood in the streets etc. don't overcomplicate it and don't margin trade. lastly, everyone on this board is trying to dump on you, so be cautious of things being shilled on this board. blue chip shilling is usually safe and can have merit. you have to be careful with sub 100 million cap shilling on this board. these days there's very rarely any gems on this. if you want that, learn to use Twitter. this place is a shell of what it used to be when it comes to finding great projects.

Bullrun having started, you should make some nice profits depending proportionally to your holdings and amount.
You cant expect a 100x on btc whereas on alts it is possible.
I am in the situation as you, 31 this year and started in cryptos in 2020.
Be smart, take profits and have a plan for what to do next in your life with this money.
