Just combine socialism with capitalism. Taxes would be completely automated like a smart contract. Cheating would be impossible like a transfer tax. Taxes would be directly distributed to the people. No government bureaucracy or very little. Those that choose not to do any work would take a heavy penalty in receiving hand me downs like a 50% reduction in gibs from the top gainers. This would benefit the working middle class who stimulate the economy the most.
