ETF operates OTC, otc markets need liquidty and most likely buy when the etf market is closed to have liquidity for the week hence why we been pumping with BTC liquidity on exchanges increasing instead of decreasing (because otc markets are buying on centralized institutions that buy from exchanges)

Hence MORE BTC ON EXCHANGES is now a bullish signal due to OTC markets buying liq from overall market.
