yes especially if it has a viable usecase like plebbit
as authoritarian censorship increase, there will require demand for a pure p2p social media protocol, that is opensource, free to use and scalable. this is what plebbit aims to be.
it has no https endpoints or ssl certs meaning it is actually decentralized and p2p unlike federated alternatives.

its interesting to think about. the way liquidity works is generally fiat to BTC, much less to eth, and a lot to stables.

Then the liquidity generally flows to alts.

If the ETF is pumping spot, this liquidity cant really move. however, liquidity within the crypto environment still can. so perhaps nothing really changes. maybe there is MORE liquidity to flow to alts, because boomers pump BTC via etfs, and that leaves the liquidity in the crypto ecosystem with less needing to be locked up in BTC, free to flow to alts without reducing BTC price sharply.

i wonder how this will effect things?

unlike 2017 and 2020, blockchain innovation has stagnated. i think the shitcoin casino will be considerably more muted than past bull markets without any innovation to drive hype, and with the non-btc/eth market cap already over $600B
