What will you eurofags do when the IRS obtains information from all U.S based exchanges and automatically relays information about you to your local European tax authorities?

They can obtain every single information. All you have to work around is your exit point. Nobody cares if you know the entry point or the trades in between.

Show them to my well-kept tax records and corresponding income tax paid.

This. I really can't get crypto gains to my account if I don't pay taxes. My country's tax authorities are spot on and pester you for every euro you make. I'd rather pay the taxes and avoid trouble than try to save 30% and most likely get fucked anyway. I don't want the money out as bills, I want the cash on my account so I can forward it to my stocks and trusts

You'd have to pay taxes still, then get a tax cut the year after because of losses.

Declare my earnings at cash out, as per HMRC rules, taking advantage of tax free allowances. Same as I do with the rest of my Capital Gains.
