There are travel agencies where you can arrange a travel to Japan with a tour guide for 10 days, which costs around 2-3k euros.
I know it's better to go there alone with your parents, but going with a tour guide seems like the best thing if you're low on money.

I'm 33 and one of my friends went to Japan 4 months ago.
Apparently it's not as expensive as he thought.
You can find food for 5-8 euros unless you want to eat in top tier restaurants.
Even tho if you'll go with a tour guide, they will arrange restaurants and everything, you can ask them how much will aprox cost everything.
I was planning to go to Japan last year and by my calculation, with a tour guide, shouldn't be more than 3-4k euros.
It all depends on what extra trip you want to pay, buy gifts etc. Send an email to one of the tour agencies and ask them.

I'm taking my parents every year to the beach as well to spend more time with them during summer vacation, I know they won't be here for much longer so spend the time with them as much as possible.

Believe it or not, Japan is actually quite similar to Romania in many respects. It's nice but definitely not an "exotic experience". For first time flying abroad, if you want to really wow them, go to Thailand - it's super tourist friendly, but the "exotic" factor is out of this world. A month in Thailand would be an unforgettable experience for them, just make sure to make the itinerary interesting - visit Bangkok, Chiang Mai, some jungle national park (Khao Sok is amazing, get a private boat tour) and one of the islands in the south (Ko Muk or Koh Kradan are my favorites).

It's a very nice gesture and I'm sure your parents would appreciate it, but considering your situation you should really modify your plans and make them a bit more realistic. $50k is a ton of money. Flying first class really doesn't make any sense, long distance business class is really amazing and costs 3 times less than first.
