Bitcoin is going to 1 million, it will never stop being more valuable over time - it has historical value + scarcity

just like ancient greek vases, or coins from 200 years ago, BTC value only goes up.

It has historical value nonetheless as THE currency that changed how currency is done in the world, taking that job away from the government

Retard. If someone told you they'd double the money in your bank account right now, would you say no? Of course not, faggot.

>> No.57566371

If Bitcoin existed in a vacuum, in and of itself, you'd be right.

But Bitcoin both exists on it's own merit AND as a reaction/alternative to fiat. Since faith in fiat is going to take a giant shit as Bitcoin continues to become more common, those two things likely will create a feedback loop that shoots up price and adoption alot.

EVEN THEN, if it hits some ceiling with mass adoption and becomes a stable coin with no inflation, it's still worth it over hodling fiat that inflates like fuck .

Also expect money to pour out of altcoins into BTC once more big news hits
I'm sorry if you're not heavily into BTC you are going to get a true experience of cringe by 2025

Yes no shit. Turning 1 BTC into 96-144k isn't great when that 1 BTC cost you 48k. But if it only cost you 6k, then it's a pretty good return when you finally sell. I can't believe I had to explain that to you

First month of the largest first month of ETFS with % of days with inflows, 2 biggest bitcoin ETFs are at 100%. No other etfs are like this.
Etfs currently have 10 trillion AUM and are massively growing. After a month we are still getting days with 500 million net inflows.
Like I mentioned above main thing would be getting added to model portfolios.
Fidelity recently added their bitcoin etf (in canada) to their conservative ETF, with 1-3% allocation. Those take a while to roll out but when they do roll out it's instant billions pouring into BTC. The fidelity one was small/canadian but this is in the future of the US financial industry.

Gold prices after the GLD etf launches (which was WAY less successful then the bitcoin etf) You can see where GLD was in it's first month on this chart >>57568301
and what % of days it had on this chart >>57568322
Despite it being way less successful then the bitcoin etfs this is what it did to the gold price. (also factoring in as gold price goes up they can just mine more, with BTC as time goes on you can only mine less)

This is only the ETF factor ignoring all the other factors I listed above. 2-3x on bitcoin is just ignorant.

Here's a final one. This one shows what happens with an ETF is added to a model portfolio. This is blackrock adding one of their etfs DYNF (not bitcoin related) to a model portfolio. This was with 0-5% allocation.
2 billion pouring in instantly, this is just on one model portfolio.

but plebbit could potentially x100
plebbit is a decentralized p2p social media protocol that is opensource, free to use and scalable.
it has no https endpoints and a working demo.
as it has no https endpoints and instead used ENS for sub or board/usernames, it is more decentralized than federated alternatives which are more complicated.
the plebbit token will only be for tipping and voting on a DAO on development issues.
