There is a CME gap at $3500 which has left Bitcoin vulnerable to a colossal correction.

>> No.57535657

all CME gaps get filled eventually
this one probably in 2099

Bitcoin CME gaps, resulting from the market’s non-stop nature, present opportunities and challenges for traders.

>> No.57537646

Zero people who claim "the CME gap will do something" are able to articulate either WHAT will happen, or (especially) WHY it will happen. Every response to this statement will deflect the issue by attacking my intelligence. Go.

What do you think a CME gap getting filled means? It means the price goes to where the gap is. When that has happened, then nothing is going to happen anymore -- it has already happened; that's it; it happened. A CME gap filling isn't going to "cause" anything to happen. When it has been filled the happening has already occurred.

>> No.57537711

>>57537677
>What do you think X means? It means X obviously I use words in their own definition. When X has happened, it happened. That's it, it happened. X happening doesn't have a "process" I can describe. When it has been Xed, the X is complete.

So you're too mentally handicapped to understand how retarded your question was. Got it.

bro the other anon is right, it's not "the CME gap will do something", no one says that. They claim they will get filled, which mean that that price will be reached. So, since they are lower than the current price, the claim is that the price will go down until the cme gap is reached. As of the "why", you could ask the same thing to anyone that says "price will do X" in general, it's just a shitty prediction with no meaning

>>57537646
CME gaps don't "do" anything. They're just sitting there until they get filled. After that, the market moves on. From the CME gap, the price can go in either direction. A CME gap isn't some sort of bottom or hard resistance where the price must instantly stop falling, as there can be a series of gaps at various price levels - one gets filled, then the next one, then the next one, etc.

This is my assumption but I want to be wrong.
>>57537890
Because this. The price of anything will eventually reach all numbers.

So the raw claim of "the acronym I can't define 100% predicts my catastrophe assertion" these threads ride on is just vapid. Nobody can describe the mechanics of anything at hand. Nobody has even begun.

Here's a counterexample. Being able to explain mechanics:
>Price elasticity is measurable through 'shock events' in which the supply chain is altered unexpectedly. This causes consumers to temporarily alter their choices at the register, allowing patterns to emerge.

Please tell me you're not struggling with what CME refers to

No, I'm challenging the class to define it. I do so every time this thread comes up. Nobody has a fucking clue, OP always just 1pbtid's away and the trolls hang around to pretend they're smart.

You're just incredibly dumb and dense. Not only did you ask dumb question but you're also apparently so dumb you can't understand the answers you got.

That guy talks about the 20k gap, for instance.
Quote:
> THE CME GAP AT 20k!
> This CME gap is one of the largest Gaps in history.
> Coming in at 20300 to 21200, it's a huge Gap.
> I remember very clearly the herd saying the "GAP AT 18K WILL NEVER GET FILLED."
> 500 days later, what happened, the damn GAP gets filled.
> The fact is that every damn GAP this size gets filled at one point.
> Will this time be different? Are we going to play the "this time will be different" tune again lol.
