My fellow link marines what's the best way to get back at a landlord? I missed my first rent payment in 4 years completely on accident. Offered to pay the next 5 months in advance if the landlord would wave the $300 late fee just to demonstrate that I didn't miss rent from being a poorfag or maliciousness I simply forgot. Landlord said no exceptions even though it's my first time ever. I normally pay rent a week early too.

Obviously I want revenge. I'm moving out in 3 months and I am moving some place local. I was thinking of coming back occasionally to drop trash all over the property late at night. Is there a better way to get revenge that won't get tied back to me?

Before you move out, start saving up your shit in a big glass or plastic container. Open a hole in the wall when you have 20-30 lbs of shit and put all the shit in there. Buy some maggots and some roaches and dump the maggots and roaches down there too, and some rotting wood (mulch will do fine). Seal the hole back up well.

Damage to apartment interior is too easy to trace back to me. Has to be exterior damage to the lawn, sidewalk, or parking lot of a different building on the property.

I offered to pay my final three months of rent in advance and I reminded them I had 4 years of paying rent a week early and this was my only mistake. Landlord didn't even shoot me an email or call to let me know I was late, just went straight to a $300 fine.
