CSW maintains he is Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of bitcoin. He claims he saw bitcoin get attacked and destroyed by a cabal that included Mastercard and the Bilderberg group, and took steps behind the scenes to preserve Bitcoin as BCH when attempts were made to introduce Segwit and cap the Blocksize to one megabyte. He then preserved Bitcoin when BCH forked off with plans to introduce mixers and other criminal ideas. His preserved chain is called BSV, which is bitcoin Satoshi Vision.

Having spent some time creating patents related to scaling Bitcoin to be a competitor to Mastercard and visa, he got sued by a group of Silicon Valley companies that seek to prevent him from enforcing his scaling patents, and his copyright over the bitcoin database.

The lawsuit has been broken up into a number of preliminary issues that need to be decided, and the first one to be dealt with concerns his identity as Satoshi Nakamoto. COPA says that CSW is not Satoshi Nakamoto, but CSW maintains he is. If CSW is successful, it is presumed this will cause a revaluation of BSV and BTC on an inversely proportional basis.

CSW holds all the cards. Not sure if you are paying attention to current events, but COPA just did their opening, and they completely stuffed it. Their only argument is that CSW's claim is questionable because some documents submitted in his case appear to have inconsistent meta data.

This is the worst argument for a plaintiff in history. They are going to get smoked, as CSW is going to say that it is accepted by plainitff and defence that he was in the right place and write time with the right skillset and opportunity to create the whitepaper. That he has clearly been involved in the bitcoin community since it's inception, and that no one else has come forward publicly to claim that they are Satoshi Nakamoto.

Like it or not, CSW will win this.

But he doesn't want to keep it a secret, he's publicly proclaiming to be Satoshi and he's suing anyone who says otherwise.
There are plenty of immutable, fraud-resistant ledgers that weren't made by scammers. Craig is doing this Satoshi LARP to pump the price of BSV and nothing more. I saw Craig "Satoshi Nakamoto" Wright at a grocery store in London yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him to sign with his original Bitcoin key or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen meat pies in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the pies and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any SegWitterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each pie and put them in a bag and started to say the price in GBP, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly and demanding the option to pay with Bitcoin "Satoshi Vision" and asking if she'd read his whitepaper.

it was never about the block size.
it was about centralized entities not liking the original group of developers (whose lineage traces back to satoshi) weren't interested in being bullied by chink miners, coinbase or early whales like vorhees and ver. making changes that benefited them for short term gains, only to create technical debt these devs would have to find some way to deal with later. then, surprise, the community wasn't interested in following a bunch of centralized entities to their forked client.

it was never about the block size.
it was about users smartly deciding that following a cabal of centralized entities, even if the change was a good idea, would open the floodgates to further centrally pushed changes to the network.
the result would have been bitcoin ending up like ethereum, where core properties were changed at a whim with no regard for the long term consequences of their actions.

Satoshi may not be a singular, identifiable person. CSW may have been a member of the group who were "Satoshi."
But likely not a core, central member, as he'd likely be able to offer some kind of proof if he was there. And the fact that he has repeatedly fabricated and forged "proof" proves only that he has no proof.

Guys like Hal Finney are more likely closer to the actual Satoshi.
That may be why Craig is comfortable claiming it's him, since Hal obviously cannot dispute it.

But totally helpless now. I want to take re-admission, the university re-admission fees is 1300$, but for now its impossible for me to manage this insane amount of money, not being able to get any helps from anywhere. I don't know what to do now. But i really want to complete my graduation. My whole career amd future depending on this. I don't want to lose my educational career. I have some hours left to manage 1300$. Can any of you help me to continue my graduation? If needed, I can also show you my mark sheet, my academic transcript, my documents so that no one thinks me wronge. I don't expect to get the amount at onec, any little bit helps appreciated.
