>finally bought a house
>far more expensive than renting
>headaches always
>property taxes
>mortgage payment
>girls still don’t care about owning my own home hasn’t changed anything in dating
>have to wage cuck everyday just so bank doesn’t take it back

I thought it was suppose to get better when i owned a home? Isn’t this the America dream! Why is everyone so demoralized about never being able to own a home? Consider yourselves lucky you don’t have this fucking obligation without any benefit or family to raise. What’s the fucking point

>mortgage
Stop saying you own a home. The bank owns your home.
Even after you pay off your mortgage, the government still owns your home, and you will pay your rent (property taxes) to them.

I bought a home as well bros. I am actually excited for the first time in awhile. We in a buyers market so someone accepted my lowball and gave concessions. I have a corner lot and no backyard neighbors, just a nice view. A fucking view is what this is all about, niggers. It’s a nice view. I really like Texas and am settled here. I am a member of a community. Apartment bros you can come enjoy my view at the BBQ. If your property taxes and interest are about the same as the cuck rental apartment, it’s time to fucking act. Space and freedom from close human contact can be yours

This.
I usually do one year leases. My rent is below $700/month, I never have to lock my front door or even my car doors. I live in a quiet, white area with extremely low crime, it's mostly just old white people who keep to themselves. If I drive 25 minutes I can be near a college campus/downtown area full of bars, sportsball, a casino or whatever else if I feel like going out.
My hot water tank blew up a few years ago and I had to be at work in an hour. I made one phone call and by the time I was home from work that night I had a brand new hot water tank installed.
I've never dealt with property taxes, cutting grass or shoveling snow. They even replaced my garbage can when mine blew away during a windy storm.
Renting is based. I don't have to know how to fix anything, I don't have to deal with anything other than a single monthly payment. If/when they raise my rent too high I'll just go somewhere else. If the real estate market tanks, I don't care. If interest rates moon or go low, I don't care. Nothing matters, I have so much free time that I wouldn't have if I owned this place. They even provide laundry 1 step from my front door. When the washer broke a few months ago, it sucked. I had to lug my clothes to the laundromat and they charged like $10 for one wash/dry cycle. They fixed my washer and raised the price but it still only costs $3 to wash and dry a load which is a bargain. Maybe one day if real estate tanks I would buy a house but most likely I'll just keep renting and winning and enjoying my low stress life.
Combine this with working from home, being my own boss (no schedule, no customers, take time off anytime I want, wake up and sleep whenever I want) and grinding various easy side hustles that don't require me to leave my couch and it's pretty damn comfy. Last year I made 60k and didn't have to deal with driving to and from work, I work from my couch. It's nothing insane but I have ultimate control over my time.

It America it's easier to be rentoid because first you get the house with all the electric appliances and laws are in favor of the rentoid.

Having an apartment in a city puts you near single thots in college or working as HR ladies, 66% of people aged 18-39 in the city are women. Having a house in the 'burbs puts you near other men, who are usually married to the women in the 18-39 range you want to fuck and thus don't want you hitting on their wife/girlfriend.

You are only looking at the negatives, go exploit the advantages of being a home owner. You can do whatever the fuck you want, use your land for productive shit like growing food, working out, etc. Basically owning property is for a real man, if that doesn't appeal to you then sell it and buy a condo bitch

lol growing food? what a meme. the only thing i would plant is fruit trees. backyards are mostly useless unless u have a dog, at which point its just the dogs litter box.

also the "real men have houses" is fucking stupid. as a real man myself, im not going to be bothered tinkering and fixing my shitboard house like a bored boomer, even landscaping is for cucks. i have real things to build.. the place i live should be made of brick/stone and locked in and set up properly so i can use my time/energies for real shit....if you need a garage to do "man cave" shit just rent one somewhere. same thing with a backyard, just buy some land in the boonies and go out there when u feel like it.

Both are true. I once lived in a place where the air conditioner died and it was replaced shortly at no cost to me. Cost my landlord thousands.
