The ETF has already been approved, the halving is months away, rates aren't going down for the near future. There's nothing to look forward to that might push it up. The US is going to be going through a very volatile election this year and the middle eastern shipping routes are unstable. There's a lot more of a chance for a bear market from now until autumn than a bull.
