Customer support for their millions of users that comes from a 100 different nations

>> No.57459166

>>57458993
Exactly this. All companies are slowly rolling out the AI virtual assistants and customer service. That’s basically what customer service was anyway. Back when I worked for a bank there was a “trail board” on the wall in front of me where depending on the complaint I’d start there and then direct the conversation towards the “green” and if I was unable to I would transfer the call to my “supervisor” who would just be another person in the same pool, going through the same motions. It was only if a lawyer called that their call was forwarded to the legal department.

That can all be automated now. Which is why if you’re not doing things at your job that require human fingers, then I suggest you start looking for another job.

Lost my job 2 months ago. Struggling to pay for rent, foods and most importantly my university re-admission fees. Among all of these I really need to continue my education. Cause for rent and foods I can fight somehow but I am not being able to manage anything to continue my graduation.

I need 1300 usd for re-admission. Any of you may help me with it? Will be really career savings. I really don't want to lose my entire educational background. A little help will be life savings. Can someone help?
