I also don't eat any seed oils. My health is amazing. I'm shredded and 9% BF. The refinement process for seed oils is the made issues. They use chemical treatments in the process. I basically all organic. Besides some dairy the only oils/fats I use are butter from grassfed cows, coconut oil, olive oil, and various animal fats.

Again this is one of those topics where in many instances the medical establishment and "experts" push poison and propaganda given to them from a top-down structure where the structure is built with funding from large corporation and profits in mind not actual health of the consumer.
