Idk, ask my landlord. He pays 40% more on his mortgage than I pay him for rent lmao. That’s what he gets for thinking real estate is an investment haha stupid cuck

>homeowner, have loving gf 10 yrs younger than i, make over 200k a year

but i still live in fear that what i have is not enough and it could all be taken away from me in a single night. until you have paid off your home, have many millions saved up for retirement and general expenses, have kids, etc... you never really feel done with the grind of life. if anything you have to push yourself harder the more "successful" you get

You could make it and get diagnosed with a disease that can ruin your life or your wife or kids can have issues. Life isn’t ever “done” and easy. As soon as you fix one problem a new problem comes up. It’s not even necessarily psychological it’s just life is issue after issue with small periods in between where things are “normal” like commercial breaks in the show of tragedy.

I could not care less. I hate the rain. Saving up for a third world shithole. Not gonna pay a mortgage and be a part of the social services boomer pyramid scheme in the future

my wife is 20 and we have 2 kids and i make closer to 7mm/year and i feel exactly like you. the grind doesn't ever end, which is why you have niggers monopolizing industries. there's nothing else to do. the cars all get boring, clothes get boring, i own a rainbow and 50th anni rolex and tons of other shit that i havent worn since i bought them years ago. i sold my big house because it was too much of a pita to upkeep and live in a 3k sq ft house now. only thing money has gotten me that hasnt gotten boring is flying private whenever the fuck i want, but if you dont mind commercial airports then we're basically tied. i could hire private chefs and shit i guess, but automating your life away seems bizarre
