Why are most people in HR women? And why are they like this? Would it not be better to hire a man instead? It's harmful to both companies and workers that these vile creatures do everything in their way to make the hiring process so convoluted and inefficient. And outside of recruiting what else do they do, besides gossiping? Please share your HR roastie stories!

I guess a part is that with a crazy hiring process it makes workers thankful "to finally get what they want/be allowed to work for big fag" so they don't leave when they don't like it since they have a "privilege" and work harder. Also somebody here said he is needed for legal reasons and also they want to make the process crazy complicated so they have things to do

I don't even acknowledge HR peoples existence, I document all manager and co-worker violations in a book and that is for my lawyer to see. Fuck HR, they are there to defend the corporation, the moment anyone tries to report violations then these hambeasts try to do everything to terminate those employees.

The only thing they're actually "good" at is the one thing only they can do which is to get pregnant and give birth to children. In almost every situation where they are allowed to speak or "contribute" it results in them destroying value. Everything works better if they just shut the fuck up and get pregnant. They even suck at household tasks they've traditionally been assigned like cooking, cleaning, and so on. They legitimately are shit at everything they do.
