Boomers don’t want to hire anyone your age because they’ve had bad experiences with 90% of the people your age that they hire.

Most hiring managers only want to hire young people for jobs they can’t get others to do. Entry level jobs they hire tons of people for and let most quit or get fired

a few routes, if you're a genius go to harvard and graduate summa cum laude, then someone might entrust you with their money.
otherwise, you'll have to build capital by trading yourself, and start your own.
then there's nepotism or going the epstein route and being a mossad spy.
