Things that got me bullish:
Rewarder contract is now chain agnostic, so they can deploy anywhere they want as long as it runs on solidity.
Currently they're mostly undercutting big exchanges and the autorouter algos on places such as 1inch are starting to notice.
CCIP is available but not yet implemented.
Exchange is cheap, underlying tech works and dev is hard at work.
Active fudding everywhere, even DDoSses with no underlying argument except roosh=bad
Active auditing of contracts, team is very professional when it comes to tech and safety.

Things that got me bearish:
Dev team is small, and assumes things will "just work out" because they have tech
no clear timelines on anything so hard to buy any rumour

Things that need to happen for it to take off:
People actually providing their LP for new shitcoins and whatever, seeing actual use of solidly by degens instead of stablecoin.LP farmers.
More devs need to be hired

All in all, this is not gonna launch into space this week, but when (if) it does, there is literally nothing to stop the train, it all just works.

The dev seems pretty level headed. I don't care that much about Roosh or that "Chad" guy. It's irrelevant to the product, if it will be the cheapest, people are gonna use it. This is seriously a good entry point now. You should get FOMO when the price is low and nothing major is happening on a project, not the other way around.

They need to fix the UI so bad. You can't even see how much your swap is worth. I like how with Uniswap I can see how much ETH I am "spending". On solid it only says 0.27 eth and I want to know how much that is worth.
