the government subsidizes home ownership so no, it won't crash and they wouldn't let it and haven't let it when it tried.

Housing has been crashing for 50 years, housing is cheap you're just poor.

Nice house but only one shitter? Good luck with your “alone” time.

It will, but nobody will have the capital to buy the dip before the Fed and the Globohomo prop up the market again.

Robert Shiller found that RE had no real appreciation against inflation for the entirety of the 20th century until the Fed and Government started to get involved in the market (money printing, immigration, low interest rates, etc...).

The free market might see housing correct but the government will never allow it to.

>no real appreciation against inflation
so my money would be better spent on something that gains in value, like rent

That is weird, not even a bathroom downstairs. Has anyone tried building one of these sears homes again? Thats what i'm going to do when I make it.

That's not weird in the slightest. Also who the fuck considers the bathroom for alone time?

>"Price does not include cement, brick or plaster"
yeah ok, so the price also doesn't include the construction or the land i bet.
the reality is that back when this house was built, a kitchen oven cost around 4 months wages. Imagine now having to spend 4 months average salary on an oven or 6 months on a fridge. Furnishing the house cost as much or more as building the thing.

Yep totally normal for multiple people to shit in the same toilet at the same time

>didn't read the rest of his sentence where he said "20th century"
>strawmans an argument about rent, which nobody inferred or asked about
These emotional replies signal a powerful indication that housing is nearing its top and is due for a colossal dump.

Not while importing more immigrants than houses being built.
