that is called morphing and it is what is happening now and will probably continue too. tends to trap longs and shorts.
I do think a decent correction is inevitable now, where i did not see one before 48k. however it will potentially take months. wouldnt be surprised if we have some fakeout to low 50k region in spring then a fall right back to 35% or so from there.
