Spirit and Jetblue merger was blocked. A small airline and medium airline that would control 8% of the market together was considered too much by this judge.
This was a painful lesson, but not one that I will forget. The US justice system is corrupt. It exists only to protect those with power and oppress those without. Fellow anons, in all your future business decisions, don't have faith that people will do the right thing. Don't forget that there are people rigging this game.
