on a realistic note does anyone have any suggestions for things to flip on ebay? I was thinking vintage clothing but upon further inspection many people have to hold stock for 6-7 months just to resale for a small profit, making it basically pointless without a huge investment and thousands of listings. I need a side hustle that can generate a few hundred extra bucks a month while im grinding at work and school, I have no extra time to trade for money at an hourly rate but I can throw some packages in the mail on my one sunday off a week for sure.

Idk why that's funny. Scrapple is disgusting unless it's sliced thin and fried. Restaurants with a griddle will save time if it's prescliced. It's the same reason they'll buy pre scrambled eggs in a carton or pre shredded potatoes. A place that focuses on breakfast is more profitable with a faster cook. A local/regional food supplier will have many of these restaurants as customers.

Number one job is going to be to make it taste good, so work on that first. Take out almost all the liver and kidney and shredded cow face, add bacon and sugar and whatnot.

You have to sell the idea of scrapple outside of people who already nearby Amish. I'd make some recipe videos using scrapple and see if they get any traction on chink tok or jewtube, then you can shill your online scrapple store.
