How long have you been in crypto, and how much is your portfolio atm anon? I've been in since late '20 but I'm still 40% down from breakeven.

Hang in there, don't give up. It's better though for you to re-evaluate your portfolio and either consolidate or spread out if you're way over-exposed to any one particular alt. (overexposure would be say 40-50% of your whole portfolio in one alt)
