As a red wine fancier, I'd like to see a Shiraz and maybe a Cabarnet Sauvignon on there instead of the syrah and zweigelt. I'm european though. I don't know what you yanks are into

I'll try a Café Pancho (what is this btw?), a glass of house red and a cheese board.

What country are you in OP? I've never seen a menu like this in the USA.

You need a barbera or nebbiolo in your red wines and some kind of pasta. Bolognese or carbonara for simple staples or some kind of seafood and white wine cream sauce on linguini if you want fancy.

Make a cheese + meat board. With dried or smoked quality meats in small amounts, tasty bread and a good garlic + curry based dipping sauce. Cheese alone is depressing. And I guarantee many ppl would order it

Double Jameson, the pickles, and an ashtray please.

That's what I would order, but unironically, the menu looks good, if not pretty similar both in items and font to damn near every trendy place around me. I'm not seeing anything with beesting (spicy) honey though. I feel like the entire northeast has that on their menu at this point, though maybe it's played out by now?

Why Napa with your Caesar? Please don’t tell me you mean the cabbage. Also chickpeas? Caesar is hard to mess up so don’t get too out there. Also beers seem fine but you’re complicating it with different sizes. If you want 12oz pours, keep the sizes consistent and don’t offer pints at all. Otherwise 8/10 I’d check your place out, OP. The big question is, what are you calling your establishment?
