If the debt is collateralized with real estate then it really shouldn't be a problem for the banks. If Kiyosaki goes bust they can just sell the properties or rent them.

But he isn't going to go bust unless everything else completely falls apart.

If he's in commercial real-estate like I've been told, he can totally lose his shit harder than pretty much anyone. Banks just go but, bail-in, bail-out and sell their assets to banks with liquidity. He is ruined, banks continue the game for another century.

I'm sure they'll be happy to issue new debt to Kiyosaki too then in your fantasy scenario where everyone is retarded

This anon fucks. I have no idea how people do this but it works. Some richfag I know got divorce raped and owed millions to ex-wife, bank, etc. On paper he was totally broke and all the banks ate all the debt, judge eliminated alimony. Somehow managed to move a bunch of money offshore before it all went down 3-5 years before divorce so nobody picked it up. After dust had settled, he was annoying wife free, debt free and living in a mansion on the Baltic sea in Lithuania without a care in the world.

This guy has been wrong more times than he's been right. That's how he ended up in so much debt. He thinks the survival of the bank depends on his debt. He's gonna be wrong again and get raped, yet again. This guy and his books are a limus test on financial knowledge.
