Basically I'm going to assume you just bought ARB with a credit card or something, in which case you fucked up, ARB network uses ETH as gas meaning that if you wanted to buy KNS what you needed to do is buy ETH but buy it on the ARB network. To fix this you need to get some ETH on ARB network and then you'll have the gas needed to swap your ARB tokens for KNS.

I made an Uniswap wallet because ther was a prompt on Uniswap to do so. I then used that wallet in-app purchase to buy ETH. Then I noticed it's on the wrong network I bought again but changed the token to eth (arbitrum) on the drop-down menu while purchasing.
Later I figured out I could have just bridged the ehtereum over at arbitrum bridge and decided to do that afterwards.
