So basically, I've seen a bunch of neurons with 0 dissolve delay but undisbursed and I asked myself why, the reason is that they're set to KYC=FALSE so they can't be disbursed, this proposal that's about to pass is setting KYC=TRUE so the genesis neurons will be unlocked and they will dump tokens on retail, I'm invested in this shit and unfortunately I locked a neuron for further 6 months. Anyways, they' didn't even bother to list each neuron number but only the neuron handling, furtherly poisoning the well. On top of this, searching for such principal on the dashboard doesn't yield any result neither, there are more than 50 neurons like pick related ready to be dumped plus a 4M and a 6M one, they're getting ready to dump. Bunch of scammers I lost a lot of money because of them, why I post this fudding my own bags? Because my delay is too far and in any case they'll dump before me. And anyways, smart money doesn't need my 4chan post but I'm so pissed.

Genesis neurons are different from normal neurons. They require KYC to become part of circ after being fully dissolved. That is what the proposals are for. So yes these neurons will become part of circ after proposal execution.
The pic with all the 500k neurons is not associated with that. I checked a few of them and they are not genesis neurons. Just normal neurons that are already part of circ after being dissolved.

Otherwise prove the link between the proposals and the majority of the 500k neurons you are stressing about.
