I have only seen these at professional conferences. It really is amazing to watch because of course we still go on with the conference so it i just a performance to make them feel like they are on the natives' side. If I was in your shoes I would consider leaning into it hard. Start talking about actions the business can take and is morally obligated to, since they are occupying the indigenous land. Maybe talk about paying for some consultants, or relocating so that they aren't on stolen land anymore. Gently point out that the acknowledgement is just words and use statements from native american organizations that say the acknowledgements are not enough.
