If LCX got more liquidity, built a functional exchange, hired white devs, paid off their outstanding debts, settled with the SEC, had active users and a USP and then went up I wouldn't call them a scam. It doesnt matter if it is a scam, I buy these shitcoins to make money and from what I can tell from lcx’s chart the bottom is somewhere around 4 cents so objectivly speaking if you accumulate in that range on an token with 40-50 million market cap and wait for a bullrun youll probably see 5-10x profits minimum regardless of the coin.
