What would be the consequences of taking out a bunch of loans and using them on hookers and drugs before declaring for bankruptcy in the US?

they're targeting women, obviously

>> No.57135999

If you're not creditmaxxxing by doing the whole r/churning thing and reaping the travel rewards for a few years with the ultimate goal of getting the banks to trust you with 2 or even 3x the credit limit as compared to your income and then busting out when they least suspect it and moving to SE Asian or another extremely LCOL area of the world then you're playing the game wrong.

You need to be careful with that poor credit utilization. Most people suggest 40-60% and they pay it down before raising it back up again. I have 3 cards but only use 1 because it has the best rewards. Say I have 10K limit, I try to keep about $6K on the card even though I can pay it off entirely. I'm going on a cruise end of summer, so I will pay it down to $4K and put the cruise on the card to get it back up above $6K and if it exceeds $6K I will pay it down so it is right at $6K. Yes, this means I will pay interest over the year, about $95 a month. My credit score would drop 100 points if I paid it off. I know because I've paid off credit cards and loans in the past and you always take a major hit to your score. The only issue with my method is that the bank will try to get you to increase your limits and eventually they just do it without asking. So your $10K limit card could jump to $18K and nobody needs that high of a limit on a single card. To counter this situation your best move will be to take on a different kind of loan, like an auto loan and borrow $12-15K at a much lower interest rate than a credit card. This will actually improve your credit. Eventually you'll grow your credit to the point where taking out a loan for a house makes the most sense and this is what you are working toward longterm anyways if you even care about your score.

You're literally retarded aren't you? PAYING OFF a credit card (but keeping it open) can only make your score go up since your utilization decreases. CLOSING the card is what would cause your score to drop since your AAoA would decrease. You've literally been giving (((them))) free money for nothing.

some give better rewards on certain categories
i have 1 that gives me 5% back on my utility bills, and then one that gives 3% back on gas, for example.
obviously if you buy shit you wouldn't have otherwise bought without the card, you don't come out ahead. the average person is like this.
just use it for only the basic necessities that you were going to buy anyway.

The consequences are even with an Excellent credit score, most banks will demand a cosigner and thus the "take out loans, spend money, fuck off forever" meme is just a 4chan maymay.

However getting several high credit cards and using it to buy things, then sell them for cash, then use the cash to buy hookers and drugs is possible (they will take your credit cards away when they realize what you're doing).

That's one of the beautiful things about the US, the glowniggers are really only deployed if your owe the government money. Private debt (which credit card debt is), isn't punishable by jail unless they can prove it was fraud, which, with my method of slowly playing the game for years like a good girl, they cannot prove. All they would see would be that I was a model client for years and then poof, one random month I didn't pay and they aren't able to contact me via email, phone, mail, etc.. Who knows where I went or what happened to me. Could've been taking a relaxing fishing trip one weekend afternoon and then lightning struck the boat and the radio and radar got fried ,I dunno.

In the borders of the USA it makes sense to hunt down plebs and make them pay denbts. If they are outside the US then no one cares about some fag with 100-200k in debt, the IRS is chasing after the guys with millions in tax scams like the late great John McAfee.

Your utilization is what makes your score go up. Every resource will tell you this. I have paid cards off entirely and seen my score drop 100 points.
The only way your score isn't dropping with a paid off card is if you have a car loan or a student/personal loan that raises your utilization above 40%. In which case you are paying a lot more than $95 a month in interest. Holy shit you guys have no clue how credit scores work.

You can basically find a different one that will give you 3-5% cash back on everything you buy. I have one for eating out, one for groceries, etc. I would ask you: why wouldn't you just take the free money they're offering you? At least a couple of times per year, I use my cash back to just pay off all my bills. I just used $2500 from my cash back to buy christmas presents for my parents and GF. Basically didn't have to pay for any christmas presents this year. The system is retarded, but I'm not going to change it so I'm going to take advantage of it.

I can tell by your post that you either:

A) Live with your parents and have no money
B) Live with your parents and have some crypto savings from being in the market for a while so you think you're "wealthy" but don't actually have to pay for anything

Which is it?
