OP have you ever been to any of the towns in the UP, northern Wisconsin, or the Iron Range? If you're not cutting down trees or running a fishing resort, there is no economic opportunities up there. The only real city in the region is Duluth. This house is meant to be some rich fucker's getaway, not an actual home. Unless you can reliably turn a profit through online ventures, that house is effectively a bug out property and nothing else.
