>about 30 days in a month

How do people spend $30 on fast food everyday?

>> No.57062591

I work with guys who eat at sit down restaurants everyday while also telling me how hard it is to save money. God bless America, I guess

My neighbor has food delivered every single day. Sometimes multiple deliveries per day. I wish I had a government job working from home.

man I remember growing up they had the inflammatory travel shows where the host 'survives' on $50/day for food.
and it pissed everyone off because most people would spend maybe around $8-$10 for breakfast/lunch/dinner back then.
most people didn't eat fast food every day, but it's hilarious how offensive the amount was back then.

>ow do people spend $30 on fast food everyday?
I didn't realize it, but I spend at least $1,000 a month on Deliveroo, and another $500 at restaurants, Kikebucks etc. It adds up. Neither myself nor my lazy gf have cooked a meal since July, maybe even longer. I haven't cooked a meal in years. I usually order a coffee or bubble tea (and one + a snack for my fat gf) in the morning - that's $12, the minimum spend for free delivery. Then I'll order food in the evening, and usually a few beers from a supermarket, + cat food or whatever else.

Holy fuck this new captcha is aids.

why not just order food and then punch it, and then complain that it was poorly packaged and get your money back?
I always do it with different restaurants just to avoid spending a lot of $CORN money

My niece is 23, has a good paying tech job, and can literally spend thousands on food in a month.
>Wfh say
>Breakfast delivered
>Goes out to lunch
>Gets coffee in afternoon
>Eats dinner out

>Work from office day
>Gets breakfast on way to work with coffee
>Goes out to lunch with friends at work
>Goes for coffee on way back
>Goes out for drinks and food after work with CO workers
Heal end is $30 a day, she's likely spending over $50 on wfh, closer to $100+ on office days. She makes $110 a year and "can't save".

Even fast food is expensive now. A smashed burger and some burnt, shitty fries for two adults costs like $35.

I never understood the lack of cooking amongst normies.

I love cooking, I have been cooking my meals for over a decade. One big pot of whatever over the weekend and you have food for the next 1-2 weeks. My personal meals are better than most restaurants. I control the ingredients, I control the flavor; it is nutritionally dense and I control every aspect of what I put in my body.

Made swiss meatballs the other day, it is fucking fantastic

>inb4 not as good as Olive Garden or whatever the fuck

Olive Garden doesn't do a proper reduction of mushroom, onions, and garlic. They don't deglaze the fond from the pan into the dish. You have to go to a real restaurant if you want proper flavor enhancing techniques.

Everything I eat is art, and if I go to a restaurant, they must be better than me. If I wanted mediocre, I'd order a hamburger. And I can make a better hamburger than your standard food truck as well.

It’s not about quality, i just don’t have the time and energy. I work a demanding high social status job. On top of that i do exercise to keep myself /fit/. I also socialise and have sex. I just feel too tired after all that to do my own food.
