What's the probability Binance will finally call it quits and let this shitty exchange get taken over and managed by an actual competent company. Chinks treat the US version of Binance like a redheaded stepchild: Coinbase has really stepped up their game in the passed few months by integrating amazing customer support with an actual phone number to actually helpful service reps and even token/coin recovery for accidental deposits of unsupported coins/networks. Funny enough the full international version of Binance has all these features and even more (literally AUTOMATED token recovery system) but with the shitshow surrounding Binance in the US, you can't even use B.US as a fiat on-ramp anymore. Binance.US has not had one single major infrastructure improvement, overhaul, or enhancement in the passed 3 years and using the exchange has become one of the worst and most insulting experiences of my life. Will the new CEO of Binance do anything to redeem the reputation of what was one of the best and is now considered one of the shittiest major exchanges in the US?
Will Coinbase raising the bar force all these other exchanges to compete and actually provide decent customer support and extended features?
If not I unironically don't give a shit how hard the US Gov wants to trash these shitty 2nd tier exchanges because they absolutely fucking deserve it. Every major crypto company failure of the last 2-3 years has proven crypto is now to big to fail with bigger players foaming at the mouth for the opportunity to acquire any company they possibly can (Voyager, Celsius, FTX). Praying on the demise of these shitty exchanges and having a company like Coinbase or Blackrock eat up and acquire the assets would be an unironic improvement
