I'm calling the warrants worthless, but they do have value relative to the shares, in the sense that the bonus share scheme means ability to exercise warrants at $22. So if following this bonus scheme, it's more similar to a typical rights offering fundraise.
The actual worthlessness is in the sense that those warrants are merely one part of the same whole. Injecting capital into a fraud does not substantially change the fundamental value as the end result is that all funds will be funneled away from whatever retards hold this trash, into the CEO and other employees pockets. In the best case, it's paying a dollar to increase the share value by a dollar, effectively shifting the shareholders dollar onto the business. Net effect is that shareholders have not made money.

Anyway, the warrants will not be exercised tomorrow since they won't even be delivered until January I believe. The stock will crash regardless because the shares now have less value. They represent a smaller portion of roughly the same whole.
Similarly, stocks dump on ex-div date by the value of a declared dividend. Rights offerings are rare in US markets, but tend to perform similarly. If some shareholders dump their warrants and then arbs exercise, that'll create further dumping next month whenever it happens.

I expect SAVA will dump even beyond a fair split of warrant + stock valuation, as some shorts have likely been on the sidelines to avoid the hassle of becoming short the warrants. But I mostly just watch SAVA from the sidelines so perhaps this is already sort of priced in, and they've all been loading puts to bypass the warrant distribution.

Interesting names appear around GreenX Metals

Doug Casey - listed as a keynote speaker on https://www.forum-1.com/en/ https://www.forum-1.com/en/speakers where GreenX Metals had a presentation including about their ARCproject at Greenland (https://mining.com.au/greenx-metals-unearths-high-grade-copper-sulphides-at-its-arctic-rift-project-in-greenland/).). Online video with that presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PoTk9ym98Bo

According to https://www.forum-1.com/en/program/day-1 Doug and GreenX Metals had presentations the same afternoon.

Rick Rule - has been constantly praising Sovereign Metals in recent months, whose board includes many GreenX Metals members. When selecting the companies in which it invests, it takes into account, among others, the experience of the teams and their successes, especially if the members have experience in the past in deposits similar to those currently of interest to the companies. I currently see no mentions of GreenX Metals in Ricks's interviews or his surname in known lists of major shareholders of GreenX Metals stock.

Doug and Rick have known each other for decades and are known for, among others, investing in the mining sector, giving joint interviews. Particularly interesting is Rick's connection with a guy named Eric Sprott. Rick also recently mentioned a company operating in Panama that wants to sue the Panamanian government. He mentioned that he is going to buy their shares.

All three are known for investing in raw material companies, including metal mining companies. Of the three, Sprott probably represents the largest capital and the highest risk tolerance, although it is not known whether he is interested in Greenland and GreenX Metals itself.

They know Rio Tinto people.

Rick Rule also offers free evaluation of the portfolio of mining partners (via a form on his website), so anyone who wanted to could have plenty of time to learn Rick's opinion about Greenx Metals. I am not personally familiar with it.

Worried this might be a trap and it'll end up around $18-20, obliterating those holding calls.

You need to mentally decouple miner profits from currency supply. Just like you'd decouple DXY's price action from, I dunno, the Bureau of Printing & Engraving.

Less new supply when fiat continues its retarded inflation means the fiat price of BTC keeps ticking upward.

The miners chasing that cause the algorithm to get tougher or easier based on how many of them are mining, which is based on their computing and electricity costs.

Once again, you've produced a shitpost with zero substance. Embarrassing.
You have no individual thesis for evaluating the value of potential arbitration results. All you can do is parrot the corporate press release, an absolute top end value.
So the ask is 737m. The bid is 0. The market is currently evaluating at approximately 130m, or less.

If you can't produce a differentiated thesis that doesn't rely on some appeal to the perceived authority of known resource stock pumpers (>>57046267), then don't expect anyone here to waste any time or money on your shill. I'm sorry, that's just the way things work. When you do, I will again leave a similar reply, and you will immediately remember these four key facts:

For such a selloff to happen either it has to be coordinated or somebody REALLY big has to start selling off for others to join him. Even if many small stockholders would sell, they'd be not able to push it down that significantly for such a selloff to happen.

Why don't you trade futures, /biz/cuits?

>Leveraged
>Low capital requirement
>Trades in predictable channels in 15 minute cycles so no surprise dumps
>Scalping 20 second trades for hundreds of dollars for an hour a day is enough to pay the bills
>No bullshit rugs on indices
>No spreadsheet bullshit required, just daily headlines and a quick look at a weekly chart

It's literally so easy.
I turned 450 dollars into 2000 in 4 days, and I barely know what I'm doing.
Have fun dropping carpet bombs on four dozen different shitcoins hoping one is going to rally 40%
Meanwhile I got an easy 4X on my investment with absolutely no downside.

>For such a selloff to happen either it has to be coordinated or somebody REALLY big has to start selling off for others to join him
It's not coordinated in the sense of some cabal of funds all decide among themselves to dump at the same time. It's more about a cascade of some selling begets additional selling begets larger selling causes more and greater selling in response etc. Algos this a lot. Keep in mind yesterday wasn't that big of a red day at all. 1.5% on nasdaq is nothing special. The real fun is when you get intraday movement range pushing above 5% or more.

Just don't mind this bullshit. Yeah, it can be annoying to miss out on gains if it crashes, but you can't really tell when it will happen as truly there are no objective measurements to look out for.

Technical indicators are ALL irrelevant.
