I had over 700k XVG and I sold it at 90 sats. The amount of regret I live with on a daily basis is not good for my health. How can I get over this?

I know your pain. I don’t know how to make it go away all I can say is that we all feel this.

Catching another moon mission helps make it go away a bit. Then maybe you can pass that mental block of how much money you would have had. Once you pass that it’s a new frontier.

I was in a similar position to u back in summer. Had 30k omg that I sold for 70 cents each. I still think about it but it’ll tell u this much, first couple months hurt a lot but after that it gets easier man. It could always be worse. Always
