Housing prices will literally never go down. Theres too many people in America and the 2007-2015 prices were an anomaly after a huge housing collapse. your only hope is to get rich or get a dual income with working wife to buy a house, or wait maybe 1 decade for prices to slightly be below what they are now adjusted for inflation
