i have extreme neuroticism and depression. i'll give you an example of my neuroticism so you know how bad it is. sometimes when you guys use old memes or use a meme incorrectly, i sperg out mentally. im sort of hyper pretentious about everything. its how i define myself. i define myself by know the niche things in life. it makes me feel special even though it doesn't really make me special. it's how i cope. i likely also have a addictive personality which transfers from one thing to another, it's either internet, porn, sugar etc. also deal with irrational levels of anxiety where i think the NSA is on to me.

The main struggle really is the total anhedonia, basically zero sex drive. Cooming was the best feeling and I ain't felt it in many, many years. Everything else feels completely boring too. That said I don't lack motivation and don't feel depressed.

I spend all my time trying to make money and maybe one day this AI biotech revolution will figure out how to jump start my useless shitty brain. The day I reach for my cock and feel that hot itch and the gush of feel good insano perv chemicals is the day I yearn for. If they can figure out anti-aging as well then things could get good.

It's an anxiety disorder, not not the same as regular anxiety. It dosen't go along with depression, but OCD is thought to be the cause of depression. However, OCD was and issue first and depression is believed to develop from it often, but not the other way around.
