My last company had people dedicated to dealing with peering issues with eg BGP. We had meetings about it when it seemed like stuff wasn't working out and it was a big deal. When people built stuff there where always people assigned to maintain things. New projects were understood to be the long term liabilities they are. The was a lot of dysfunction but it wasn't this bad.
Google seems to have just thrown up their hands and they do this with nearly everything. The problem is that these things are what give them value. Without this they're worthless. These complex peering agreements and long term projects are their whole moat.

Here are the factors:
Boomers are dying, so healthcare REITS will go down.
Recession is looming and consumers are trending to online purchases, so retail REITs will go down.
Persistently high interest rates will strangle residential markets, so there is that.
I suspect apartments are being overbuilt, but I do not know that for sure.
Lending institutions are raising requirements, so that dries up the demand.
The medium term does not look good for real estate.

Copied from yesterday the simplified version:
From everything I've gathered its dividend returns are not threatened. Its dividend is in no danger of being cut, this entire thing was a massive overdramatic backlash from saying their guidance will be "slightly" lower than anticipated. They are also a sustainable energy company so the dreaded boomer turned on them because of market sentiment because "they're bad now" even though they make a fuckton of cash.
The chairman of the board is straight from NEE, along with many other top members from what I could find. They have a ton of their own savings invested in the company.

Total bullshit that it got dumped. Another example of the "PODD effect", there it was weightloss drugs will destroy type 1 diabetes, here it is "green energy bad now"
They had to refinance a bunch of debt but I still think they'll be ok. Its also part of the reason it is so oversold. I think the fair price is at least $45-50 as of right now.

>>56991524
continued:
I kind of posted it above.
Most of the reason it sold off is based on attached information.
Remember the company is still growing fine, has a 12% dividend yield, and is perfectly healthy. You can analyze their financials.

There is something mentally ill when it comes to dividend investors and their response to anyone touching their precious dividend. Did the stock deserve to drop to $20 off this news? Are green energy stocks dead forever because the market says they're bad now?
Now that interest rates have peaked and will be going down, its clear. Now is the time to buy.
Fuck dividend investors and fuck mindless boomers.

Sorry for spamming smg, just giving the guy some simple DD. I'm not like pennyshit anon.

We are on what, the 7th, of weekly S&P gains. I am pissed I sat out the last few weeks. Figured the market was going to be volatile. With the US Fed indicating rate cuts for the election year, it seems like a good time to buy inflation hedges, but fuck man...it seems over bought.

ZH had a good post yesterday afternoon. One of the last charts was the RSI of stock composites. Very overbought market and one of the highest in a few years.

Your welcome. I plan on holding until $40 and then re-evaluating the plan. If everything still looks good then I might keep a stack for long term. Again, the growth rate of the dividend is being cut, not the dividend itself. And the dividend is still growing. This is part of the reason why it dropped, boomer investors chasing dividends can't read financial reports for shit.

Inflation the previous years does not matter. Inflation cannot be allowed to ever go below 2% or the economy will collapse.
Why don't you faggots get this? After holding rates here for another few months inflation WILL be at 2% and in danger of going lower. Therefore rates will be cut and a balance will be mantained.

The previous years 8% and 10% inflation no longer matter. You don't get "deflation".
