General consensus on this token is it is undervalued, and $1 is a reasonable expectation.

RIO and LAND are another couple of projects that are worth looking into.

CHEX was being shilled heavily here recently. That project has a self-reported mc of $60million and a self-reported circulation of 1billion tokens, so much less of an upside. They might be another one to keep an eye on, if the narrative shifts to RWA in ‘24.
