I’m not retarded enough to attempt to buy a half a million dollar home because you will be barely scraping by even if you’re extremely financially responsible in literally every other regard. If you have to scrape off 20% of the total cost and knock off 1% interest, which you wont actually be able to do, just to get the bank to even consider giving you that loan, you can’t afford the loan. You realize taxes puts you at well under $90k of net income every year, putting this loan at 46% of your income, even after your retarded adjustments. They will not give it to you.
