Is the Bitcoin ETF going to actually get approved this time? Is there any reason to believe it won't?

I'm currently holding open a margin position that's waaaaaaaay down in the red. I've only got a tiny amount of margin left.

If the ETF doesn't get approved and the BTC price shoots down it'll wipe me out and fuck me up and probably be the last straw for my suicide.

If I untether for Jan 10th and it gets rejected and drops accordingly I could get ruined

I didn't even realise the other decisions were looking at March deadlines
