When you make your first million, then I give you permission to splurge a bit and buy seasonings for the Rice and Beans.

Lack of reading and listening comprehension. Not only is rice and beans nutritious, but it is cheap supplement to one meal, not every meal.

Ok? And this is bad because? Let me guess, the cool influencer you listen to says you should be "using the banks money" to get rich, right?

rice is a horrible food, it's pure refined carbs with almost no vitamins or minerals, it's about as bad as drinking soda every meal

I don't follow that moral shit, but you absolutely have a moral obligation to yourself to climb out of debt slavery and never owe a fucking cent to anyone. Imagine living a life where you allow others to get rich off of you.
>B-b-but muh leveraged debt!
That's not you, nor is it 99% of the people with debt problems and you know it.

Rate my diet:

Beans, tuna, chicken, oatmeal, salmon, rice, eggs, and some vegetables
Then just rotate what you eat through the week.

Based. How much does it cost per week? I try to keep my break fast and lunch to less than $15 per week. I have kids, so I can realistically expect them to eat like monks, but it's a personal challenge to eat as cheaply as possible for me.

Needs dairy

>> No.56979036

>>56978900
Don't have an exact figure, but it's cheap besides the salmon. Best part about beans/rice/oatmeal is you can buy in bulk and not worry about going to the store for a while. There's also an initial cost of getting spices, I got a bunch so I can mix up the flavorings. Oatmeal with cumin and chili powder is good.
>>56978922
There's milk in the oatmeal, but that's a good point, need more dairy.
