My friend hasn't filed taxes in years, if xe wanted to get back into the good graces of the child fucking pedophiles in control of our governments how would xe do so? which should xe hire first, a tax attorney or CPA?

A decent CPA should be able to handle this. He will just file tax returns for previous years and will be charged a fine. However, if it's his first time, the fine will be forgiven as long as he pays any unpaid taxes.
