You fix your brain when you realize humans do not have free will. we all are weak and ultimately respond to some stimulus causing our brains to react in a certain way. ultimately, everything we do is for sex and money.

so ask yourself, when you feel these urges to buy or sell, are these urges real and backed by logic? is someone trying to manipulate the market and make it move a certain way by taking advantage of peoples most primal feelings?

You feel this way because green is good and red is bad. You shouldn't feel this way because large rewards are not always immediate, and as long as u don't sell u don't lose.

The real redpill is ignoring your brain once you put up a plan. Look, I don't enjoy going to the gym but I do it regardless. I do it every single time when it's due according to my plan. I buy crypto with the same fiat amount every 2 weeks regardless of current prices. I will only sell my shit once my portfolio is in mid 7 figures. I don't need to THINK, I once thought about it and now execute my plan. It's basically a smple IF, THEN equasion. My brain can enjoy life and have fun once this job (reaching 5 million €) is done and I'm honestly on a good way.
