Depends what your horizon is. I think if they execute their plan over the next 2 years and convert those contracts into cash without fucking up it could go fairly high. In the interim they've got headwinds till they get that first milestone payment from rivada. They're in a good position for growth though, and contracts with LMT and others provide working capital. Just skimming through that thread, I can already see that his downside case is built on incorrect beliefs regarding the breakup fee JBLU would pay.
The repricing odds are incredibly arbitrary and don't seem based on any real data. At one point, there was significant MAE fear priced into the options chain and weakening trading prices of the higher strikes ($20 to $25). Nowadays that is largely gone and it's reverted to a more binary expectation of win/lose. There is still some insanity in the options pricing though, considering $30 calls are outside any realm of ever seeing real payout, yet they continue to trade at 20 to 30 cents.

Experience doesn't actually mean you're good at something. How many co-workers have you had that were totally incompetent, yet somehow never get fired?
When it comes to managing a fund, generating AUM is more important than generating real alpha. Most of these "experts" giving their own opinion on SAVE have no experience generating profitable trades in their own portfolio. There's no real logic behind any of the opinions/models they give. Even if they do point towards existing case law and give some solid examples of past precedent, that doesn't really mean anything. In the end it's up to the judge, and he'll easily manage to draft a sound opinion for whatever side he aligns with in the end.
