I made around $1K cuz I bought at 7 cents. Should I just dump this one? Should I take out my initial investment and just hold a few? It seems stagnant or interest has been lost and it is just hovering.

Bounty is a nogo for this month. Bar some huge positive news it won't go up until a bittrex/binance posting. So either hold for a few months and forget or try to time the listing and buy other coins in the meantime.
