so raiblocks has a market cap of 2.5 billion and a volume of 30million even when on a shit exchange

does this mean that it will skyrocket to top 5 once its listed on binance or will it crash hard?

Prices will plummmeettt when it hits Binance because people with large holdings will be ecstatic that there's a legitimate exchange with enough volume to cash out at the ATH. I can tell you that confidently, as I'm someone who bought in at ~$3.00 and that's what I'll be doing.

Then give it some time to plummet, and when the charts look good, use the profits to buy another large position in XRB or whatever other coin looks good at the time.

crash into oblivion. it's not intentional market manipulation, it's just that there's nothing to do besides buy it and drive the price up steadily. the minute people start selling the price will crash, there isn't any real market demand for it and the liquidity is so low, the floor will fall out from under it when the sells start. this is fairly common for random coins on shady low volume exchanges, but they generally don't make it as far as XRB did.
