I'd like to become a sort of patron of arts. I've always loved animation, and even a small budget of $2 - 5M would be enough to make an animated movie in my country, possibly cheaper. I'd like to revive the animation that my country lost due to the privatization in the 90s. The animation studios were closed down as they couldn't possibly compete with the high budget creations of the West. Still, I believe I could revive the animation culture in my country, and one successful movie could be the game changer. So yes, my endgame is to make about that much, hire animators, designers, screenwriters and someone to make the music. Then attempt to make more money by releasing the movie, so I can make more movies with the money.
