this bro. I feel you OP. I was at 12,000 and lost 90% because or margin trading. Its a scam because polo forces you to trade against BTC. So even if the dollar amount stays the same, you can get liquidated if Bitcoin takes off. Just now starting to recover. Good luck thought

Just buy coins with good fundamentals and fucking hold. It's that easy.
