This is why it's so quick to suck up retail money and has a tendency to moon whenever there's even the slightest bit of good news coming up.

Now we have the Germany vote, which they delayed from this week to January, but it's still really close.
We also have the US having to give their stance about weed this month.
Also since it's the election year coming up, increasingly different politicians are going to support this sector to gain favor with younger voters.
I bet the current big money coming in is politicians and their insider friends, because they know what's coming up.
If weed has any genuine legalization potential, this will be the easiest 50-100x for everyone involved and this sector moves really damn fast when it gets going.
